Data Deletion Instructions

You can delete the data Getviews holds about your Facebook / Instagram accounts in any of these ways:

Option 1 — From our dashboard

1. Log in at getviews.vn/dashboard.
2. Open Accounts and click Disconnect on each Page / Instagram account.
3. The access token is deleted immediately; related content and logs are deleted within 30 days.

Option 2 — From Facebook

1. Go to Facebook Settings & privacy → Settings → Business integrations (or Apps and websites).
2. Find Getviews and click Remove.
3. Our access stops immediately: Meta notifies us and we disconnect every account you connected and delete its access token. If you choose Delete instead of Remove, Meta also sends us a data deletion request; we delete your stored content and show you a confirmation code and status page.

Option 3 — By email

Email support@getviews.vnwith the subject "Data deletion request" and the Page / Instagram account name or your account email. We confirm within 7 days and complete deletion within 30 days.
