Getviews ("we", "us") is operated by Han Dang Company Limited (Công ty TNHH Hân Đăng). This policy explains what data we process when businesses use our dashboard (and, for integrators, our API) to manage their Facebook Pages, Instagram professional accounts, Threads profiles and Meta ad accounts.

1. Data we receive from Meta

Only after an account owner logs in with Facebook or Threads and explicitly grants access, we receive:

• Page, Instagram and Threads account identifiers, names, usernames and profile pictures;
• Access tokens issued by Meta for the Pages, Instagram accounts, Threads profiles and ad accounts the owner selected;
• Content the owner publishes through us (text, images, videos) and the resulting post IDs and links;
• Comments, replies, mentions and direct messages received by the connected accounts, so the owner can read and reply to them;
• Insights for the connected Pages, Instagram accounts, Threads profiles and posts (reach, views, engagement, follower metrics);
• Ad account, campaign, ad set, ad and ad performance data for ad accounts the owner connects.

We do not request or store Facebook passwords, and we do not access personal profiles beyond the basic login identity.

2. How we use it

Solely to provide the service the account owner asked for: publishing and scheduling content, showing and replying to comments and messages, reporting insights, and creating and managing ads. We do not sell data, use it for advertising, or build profiles of the people who interact with our customers' Pages.

3. Who can see it

Data of a connected account is available only to the workspace (the business) that connected it, through their dashboard login (and API keys, if they use our API). We use infrastructure providers (hosting and database in Singapore) under confidentiality obligations. Our sub-processors are Vercel Inc. (application hosting, file storage of uploaded media) and Supabase Inc. (PostgreSQL database, region Singapore); each processes data only on our instructions. We do not share Platform Data with any other third party, and we disclose data only if required by law.

We use a single session cookie to keep you signed in to the dashboard. We do not use advertising or analytics cookies.

4. Security and retention

• Meta access tokens are encrypted at rest (AES-256-GCM); API keys are stored only as one-way hashes.
• All traffic uses HTTPS.
• When an account is disconnected, its access token is deleted immediately. Associated content and logs are deleted within 30 days.
• When a workspace is closed, all its data is deleted within 30 days.
• When you remove our app in your Facebook settings, Meta notifies us and we disconnect your accounts and delete their tokens automatically; a data deletion request from Facebook also deletes your stored content and returns a confirmation code.

5. Your rights and deletion

You can disconnect accounts at any time in the dashboard, remove our app from your Facebook settings, or request deletion of all your data — see our Data Deletion page. You may also request access to or correction of your data by emailing support@getviews.vn.
